The mortgage process is a confusing and frustrating mess in the best of times, but Jenel and her staff do an excellent job breaking things down in an easy to understand format. She and her staff were great about answering all of my many questions along the way. She and her team went out of their way to give my wife and I everything we needed quickly, which was particularly important given the highly competitive market we were in. The mortgage process was very smooth and her weekly status emails were very helpful. I always felt that she truly cared about my situation and was doing everything she could assist along the way.
